I am an IT professional with over 30 years of progressive experience. I have been fortunate to have had many roles through my career, most recently as Product manager for a software development company. It was in this role that I was responsible for the usability of the product and needed to develop my skills in that area. UX is still under valued until you start losing customers to better more user friendly sites.
We all use web sites everyday whether for work or play and some web sites are great and very usable and others well….just leave you wondering never to return. I write about my personal experience using web sites old and new with the hope that we can improve the experience of the consumer so that they are delighted and want to come back, myself included.
